- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆What a very UNPROFESSIONAL gas engineer Noel was. Booked an appointment to have a gas fire serviced/repaired. Gas man turned was very rude to my house sitter when she asked him to put plastic shoe covers on his shoes to protect my very light carpet (my request). Threw them back at her and walked out. Then had the audacity to report back to Anglia Boiler Maintenance Ltd it was my house sitter that was rude!! When my house sitter complained to the company immediately she was told, All my gas engineers are professional, but, Noel said he wont be coming back to your house. Now maybe I losing the plot but, I thought professional meant : Characterized by or comforming to the technical or ETHICAL STANDARDS of a profession and exhibiting a courteous, conscientious and generally business manner in any workplace. Well that certainly didnt happen here. What an utter disgrace this man is to this company and an even bigger disgrace this company employs him. Great Yarmouth.By Admin, November 18, 2018
